1. Our services

TraderCamp provides online trading education, structured learning and simulated practice. The 14-day training camp combines recorded lessons, live sessions, exercises, community learning and a personal skills assessment. Standalone courses and indicator products are currently being prepared on this website.

These are educational services. We do not provide personalised investment advice, brokerage, asset custody or managed investment services through this website. Course fees are payment for education, not investment deposits. No profit, employment or trading outcome is guaranteed.

2. Product information and orders

Review the product description, availability, price, payment currency and delivery information before ordering. The price shown in the checkout is payable for the selected service; the current training camp is a one-time purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. USDT is a payment currency and is not a quotation in US dollars.

The website language does not determine the teaching language. Confirm the teaching language, cohort dates and access requirements with us before paying if these affect your decision. Order confirmation and payment confirmation are separate from the later provision of the service. Keep your order reference.

3. Payments and third-party tools

The order is created on this website. Selecting GatePay opens the payment provider’s secure checkout. Do not pay again while a previous payment is still being checked. Any network or provider fees should be reviewed with the provider before you authorise payment.

Some educational activities use third-party tools, including Discord for group learning and TradingView for charting or indicator access. Their account requirements and terms apply to those tools. Their use does not change the seller of your TraderCamp service.

4. Participation and acceptable use

Provide accurate contact details, use learning materials for your own participation and respect other learners. Do not redistribute protected materials, share paid access without permission or misuse the website. Trading examples and simulations are for learning; any independent live trading decision remains your responsibility.

5. Delivery, cancellations and support

Our Delivery & Refunds policy explains digital delivery and how to request cancellation, report non-delivery or request a refund. Contact us at beatrix.sg.cn@gmail.com with your order reference. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, where BEATRIX PTE. LTD. is registered. Disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction protections that apply to you. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.
