BEATRIX PTE. LTD. (UEN 202449282R), Singapore, is responsible for personal data collected through TraderCamp.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when placing an order or contacting us, including your email address, optional order notes, order reference, selected service and payment or delivery status. An indicator order may require a TradingView username. Our infrastructure also processes technical information such as IP addresses and request logs.
Payment authorisation is handled by the payment provider. Do not submit card credentials, passwords, seed phrases or private keys to our support team.
How we use and share information
We use relevant information to create and recover orders, confirm payments, arrange educational services, provide support, handle refund requests and protect the service against misuse.
Information needed to perform these tasks may be processed by hosting, payment, email and operational notification providers. Community learning may use Discord, which processes account and participation information under its own terms. We do not sell your personal data. Where providers process data outside Singapore, appropriate protection is required under applicable data protection law.
Cookies, browser storage and retention
The website uses local browser storage to remember pending payments and recover the same checkout attempt, reducing duplicate orders. Administrative access uses a session cookie. These functions are operational; clearing browser storage can remove your local order reminder, so keep a separate copy of your order reference.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver services, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy contact
To ask about your data, request access or correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern, email beatrix.sg.cn@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy”. We may need to verify your identity using proportionate information. Withdrawal may affect services that depend on that information, which we will explain.
